For me, people are the key to a successful business. With a background as project manager and expertise in process optimisation, I have learned that the ONLY way to succeed with implementing a project, is by including the employees. Not only informing them of the project, but actually getting their input.
I believe that we remember, not only with our brains, but also with our bodies. This is why I include action and movement in my work. We need to take action on our thoughts and feelings, and take responsibility for what we do. For visualising this I use small exercises, in which I call conscious movement.
